Case study 2: Efficiency and effectiveness review Client: Wellington Institute of Technology
Deliverables: Cost containment strategies, identification of cost drivers, action plans, review of effectiveness, review of effeiciency.
Hague Consulting was commissioned by Wellington Institute of Technology in 2008 to review its administrative processes across all areas of this metropolitan Polytechnic. The review involved over 40 face to face interviews, examination of business processes and systems and a review of documentation and data. A comprehensive report was provided with key issues highlighted and specific action plans provided. WelTec accepted all the recommendations. The report provided a clear ‘recipe’ for WelTec to follow and internal resources were applied to implement the recommended action plans. This consulting assignment reflects Hague’s approach of supporting and enhancing internal capability in client organisations. | | |
