Case study 3 – Benchmarking processes
Client: Australian Commonwealth Government Deliverables: Identification of best practice processes, benchmarking report.
Hague conducted an international benchmarking project in association with Michael Kelly, heritage consultant. The study examined best practice in cultural heritage management, produced a draft report. Hague then facilitated a three day workshop in Sydney for all the stakeholder organisations across Australia and New Zealand. The final report which was published by the Australian Commonwealth Government. Hague was subsequently contracted by the New South Wales Parks and Wildlife to run a follow up workshop a year later and produce a second report capturing their progress on applying best practice as defined in the original report. | | |
